Terms of Service

Effective July 21, 2026.

The terms for using SpecialistRouted, in plain language. By registering you agree to them.

1. Who we are

SpecialistRouted is a service of Bhola Systems LLC, a Washington company (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of SpecialistRouted.

2. What SpecialistRouted is

SpecialistRouted is a marketplace that introduces customers who want home services to independent local providers who offer them. We do not perform the services ourselves. When a customer and a provider agree to work together, that agreement is directly between them — we are not a party to it, and we are not responsible for the work, its quality, its safety, or payment for it.

3. Providers are independent contractors

Providers on SpecialistRouted are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. In particular, providers:

  • set their own hours and decide when and whether to work;
  • supply their own tools, equipment, and materials;
  • are free to work for other platforms, businesses, and their own clients;
  • are free to accept or decline any request, with no penalty for declining;
  • control how they perform their own work.

Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. Providers are responsible for their own work, their own taxes, and for holding any licences, registrations, bonds, and insurance their trade requires.

4. If you're a customer

You decide which provider, if any, to engage, and you are responsible for your own property and safety. For now, payment is arranged directly between you and the provider (for example, cash) — SpecialistRouted records it but does not process it. Cancellations, no-shows, and refunds are worked out between you and the provider.

5. Vetting and no guarantee

We review every provider by hand before they can take work, and we keep a record of which checks were completed. Our standard review covers the provider's application, email and phone verification, and confirmation that the provider is an adult; where relevant we may also review government ID, references, trade licenses, or insurance, and when we have verified one of these for a specific provider we say so for that provider. Unless expressly stated for a specific provider, our review does not include criminal background checks, fingerprinting, or verification of licenses, bonds, or insurance. See our Trust & Safety page for the full picture.

We do not guarantee any provider's work, conduct, honesty, or results, and you engage a provider at your own discretion. If something goes wrong, tell us at [email protected] — we take complaints seriously and may remove a provider.

6. Acceptable use

Use SpecialistRouted only for lawful purposes. Give accurate information, don't impersonate anyone, don't harass or endanger others, and don't misuse or disrupt the service. We may suspend or remove anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Disclaimers

SpecialistRouted is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any request will result in a match.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpecialistRouted and Bhola Systems LLC are not liable for the acts or omissions of any provider or customer, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Washington law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bhola Systems LLC against claims arising from your use of SpecialistRouted, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with the other party to a service arrangement, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Dispute resolution — arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved. Except as noted below, you and Bhola Systems LLC agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration, and not in court or by a jury. You and we each waive the right to bring or take part in a class action or other representative proceeding; disputes are handled on an individual basis only.

  • Small-claims carve-out. Either of us may still bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.
  • 30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing [email protected] with your name and the words “arbitration opt-out.” Opting out does not affect the rest of these terms.
  • Claims that can't be forced into arbitration. Consistent with applicable law, this section does not apply to claims of sexual assault or sexual harassment, or to any other claim that by law cannot be required to go to arbitration.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. For any matter not subject to arbitration, the courts located in Pierce County, Washington have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms as SpecialistRouted grows. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date; continuing to use SpecialistRouted means you accept the update.
