Who we are

SpecialistRouted is a service of Bhola Systems LLC. When you register here, Bhola Systems LLC is the company responsible for your details and the one you can contact about them.

What we collect

Only what we need: your name, a way to reach you (email or phone), your ZIP code, and the service you're offering or looking for. That's it — we ask for bank or ID details only later, and only if a real job needs them. Please don't enter medical, health, disability, children's, Social Security, or financial-account details in the free-text boxes; if you do, we may remove or redact them.

Why we collect it

To reach you and to match the work — a person coordinates matches by hand. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated advertising.

Text messages

If you give a mobile number and opt in, we may text you — service messages and, only with your separate opt-in, occasional offers. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Opting in is never required; reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help. Details are in our SMS Terms. We don't sell your mobile number, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration while you're active with us, and for a reasonable period afterward to run our service and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time (see below). We keep a minimal, tamper-evident record that an event happened — without your personal details — for security and accountability.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it. Deletion removes your personal details; it may leave that minimal, no-personal-detail security record in place.

Who helps us run the service (subprocessors)

We use a small number of trusted providers to operate SpecialistRouted:

• Microsoft Azure — hosting, database, and email delivery.
• Cloudflare — network security, bot protection, and email routing.
• Twilio — text messaging (once enabled).

They process your details only to provide these services to us, not for their own purposes.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site securely — a security token to protect form submissions, Cloudflare's protection against bots, and a sign-in cookie on our internal operator console. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
