Who sends these messages
SpecialistRouted, a service of Bhola Systems LLC (Washington), sends text messages from +1 (253) 447-5797 to people who have opted in.
What we send
Two separate, independent types of message:
- Service messages — updates about your request or account: a match, a confirmation, a reminder, or a reply from our team.
- Promotional messages — occasional deals and offers from local providers or SpecialistRouted. You only receive these if you separately opt in to them.
How to opt in
Opt in by checking the message box(es) on the sign-up form at specialistrouted.com and giving a mobile number. Each box is unchecked by default, and opting in is never a condition of using SpecialistRouted. You will not receive texts unless you opt in.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply — check with your mobile carrier. SpecialistRouted does not charge you for text messages.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we'll send one confirmation and then stop. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Opting out of texts does not remove you from SpecialistRouted.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our privacy notice. We do not sell your number, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
